This policy describes how BBB MAJOR (operating as jyma, "we," "our") handles information collected through this website and through software applications we publish.

1. This website

jyma.dev does not use analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party cookies. We do not place persistent identifiers in your browser. Standard web-server access logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) may be retained by our hosting provider for up to 30 days for security and operational purposes.

2. Contact correspondence

When you email us, we retain your message and reply only for as long as needed to respond and maintain a reasonable business record. We do not add you to mailing lists. We do not share your message with third parties except where required by law.

3. Applications we publish

Privacy practices for individual jyma applications are disclosed within each application's store listing or product page and, where applicable, within the application itself. Where an app collects data, we follow the principles below:

• Collect only what is necessary for the feature in use.
• Prefer on-device processing and first-party platform frameworks over third-party services.
• Never sell personal information.
• Provide in-product controls for export and deletion where data is stored remotely.

4. Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

5. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including the EEA, United Kingdom, and California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal information we hold about you, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
